For one year lease: Two furnished bedrooms inside a three bedroom, nicely furnished townhouse, located in a gated and guarded community in the Inverrary area. The townhouse is located west of the Florida Turnpike and south of Commercial Boulevard. Asian, Chinese and American markets are nearby; other shopping centers, such as Sawgrass Mills are also close.
The lease includes the private use of one full sized bathroom and one shared, half bathroom (downstairs), kitchen, living room and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Appliances are less than 3 years old. The townhouse has an open front patio. There is a screened-in patio at the back of the townhouse. Basic cable TV included in the lease, wifi available from $29.95 a month, no contract. There are hurricane windows on the east side, (including both bedrooms). There are roll down hurricane shutters on the west side. There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the townhouse.
Townhouse is in a condominium association. There is a $100.00 non-refundable application fee. Your personal credit will be checked. Prospective tenants will be interviewed by the association in English. No pets allowed.
Electrical service and water bill will be paid by tenant after applying to Lauderhill utilities or can be included in lease (no city deposits needed.)
The Chinese owner lives in the master bedroom four to five months a year. While he is there, you can share his wifi, no charge.
